Haiyan’s Debris

As you all know, the typhoon Haiyan (or Yolanda) landed on the Philippines last 8th of November (GMT+8), specifically at the provinces of the Visayan region. I live in Manila and have experienced a signal no. 2 category of storm. On the next day, it went okay and the skies are clearer. But, as it wipes the country, it leaves about thousands of death and a total loss for our countrymen residing in the affected areas.

Here you can see 31 devastating images of Typhoon Haiyan’s destruction through BuzzFeed.

It still breaks our hearts about what just happened. I may not experience the vehemence of the storm myself that day, since I reside in the city (but experienced facing the storm during the past years when they hit Manila), my fellow countrymen are there crying for their losses.
